Hi,
I am currently in the process of doing my day skipper theory and i am doing my practical spread over 2 weekends in late September and October. I sailed Moodys for something like 15 years, dad had a Moody 31 and a Moody 38 in Plymouth, but he sold them a few years ago and apart from some dingy sailing i haven't sailed yachts much for a few years.
I am looking to buy a Moody, probably 31 - 33ft, and moor it in Portsmouth this year or early next year.
So i am hoping to see if anyone needs any crew, ideally in the Solent but anywhere along the south coast would be great, so that i can pick up a little more experience ahead of my course, and it would also be great to get to know a Moody again before i buy one, as well as learn about sailing in the Solent.
Happy to pay to get some more experience, in cash or wine
Can make myself available pretty much any day, evening or weekend.
