When you mention "TLC", is the boat "sailable" as it is at present? Has any form of survey been carried out in recent times? Are there any major works which need to be carried out immediately?

Dear Howard,

She is sailable. Her hull needs a scrub and her batteries need replacing, but apart from that she is ok. The sails were serviced recently and the engine should start if we charge or replace the batteries.
