Hi folks, due to change in circumstance and plans we are selling our much loved Moody 34.
We've owned her for 3 years, she was previously well maintained by her previous owners. In 2022-23 I decided to make significant improvements with a view to offshore sailing, this included:

Accommodation
Six berths in three cabins with good headroom. Jabsco marine toilet in heads compartment with hot and cold pressurised water supply to sink and shower. Double V berth forward. Aft to saloon with two settee berths, folding leaf saloon table and excellent storage. Aft facing chart table to port. L shaped linear galley to starboard with gas cooker with grill and oven, twin galley sinks, fridge and lots of stowage. Through its own corridor to double aft cabin with double bed, wardrobes and changing space. Carpeted throughout & Blue velour upholstery. & Curtains. 240V shore power system with sockets, immersion heater and battery charger & Inverter.
Mechanical Systems
Located under the cockpit. Thornycroft T90 35 hp four cylinder diesel engine. Electric start. Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Shaft drive to three blade fixed pitch propeller ( Recent New Shaft & Seal ). Rope cutter to shaft. 35 gallon fuel capacity in stainless steel tank giving approximately 350 mile range at 5 knots cruising speed. Maximum 7 knots.
Three 12 volt batteries charged via engine alternator and 240V shore power charger. Inverter.
Spars & Sails
Masthead rigged sloop. Deck stepped anodised aluminium mast. Mast, Boom & Kicker recently replaced with 3 reefs with lines routed to cockpit. Stainless steel standing rigging and running rigging replaced 2022. Single line reefing to mainsail with lazyjacks. New Headsail furling system (Harken Mk IV Ocean) 2022. Two Lewmar self tailing sheet winches. 1 Harken 35 self tailing winch. Three Lewmar additional winches.
