With some regret, due to changing family circumstances, we are selling Cabo Espartel. One of the latest of the UK-built, Bill Dixon designs.
She was commissioned by Spanish owners in 2002 and has always been located in the Med. I have owned her since 2014 and kept her well-maintained in Spain, Sardinia, Corfu, Venice, and now, Croatia.
UK flagged and EU VAT paid.
Cutter rigged with small, furling jib which is great for heavy weather upwind work. Well equipped including AIS, radar, etc. Standing and running rigging renewed 2018. Leather upholstery in saloon in great condition. Teak decks refurbished this summer and cockpit teak replaced with Evo decking.
