L'opera morta è monolitica o sandwich? Grazie

Hi, I'm new to the blog, so a greeting to all is due. I'm in the process of buying a 1985 Moody 419cc.
Thornycroft 5600 hour engine.
I visited the boat:
I didn't find any sagging on the deck, the base of the mast looks good, the chain plates look fine to me, the hull and hull show no osmosis or cracks. The bulb pins were replaced in 2022. I didn't notice anything unusual about the rudder and skeg. The internal woods are rather damaged, some infiltration from the portholes. I ask for opinions and suggestions on what I should check on my second visit. Also ask: is the carpet glued to the floor in the aft cabin normal? What to check along the wheelhouse circuit? Is the topside monolithic or sandwich? Thank you
