Background:
Spirit of Colaba has been owned by the current owners since 2002 and was generally sailed in the western part of the Channel, between Lyme Regis and Falmouth, sometimes single-handed, until 2009 when, she crossed from Falmouth to Brittany, sailed by the owners with a daughter and her partner.
They made landfall in Camaret. From there the two owners brought her south as far as Foleux and found a mooring. Since then she has been used mainly in the Baie de Quiberon beyond the mouth of the Vilaine, visiting numerous interesting and attractive ports from Piriac to Haliguen and among the islands in the Gulf of Morbihan.
She is a good, comfortable sea boat, but should now benefit from younger owners and some updating.
