To clarify, we are going through the same motion at the moment, renewing complete navigation systems, standing rigging, running rigging, seacocks, water maker, solar, LifePo4, dinghy, safety gear, PSS seal, etc. To be honest I have my down moments working on these numerous projects, but also realise that every time I renew something it increases the reliability of the boat and systems and it is good for a new lease of 10 years, perhaps longer.
