Located on the Sassafras River (7-8 hour sail north of Annapolis), in Maryland USA.
Getting ready to do some maintenance before we sell her. But, if you are handy and would like discounted price, buy her as she is before we do the work listed below. This model a considered a great ocean crossing capable cruising boat. We have owned her since 2011 and lived/cruised full time on her since 2015.
Work to be done -
- Refinishing cabin sole
- Refinishing cockpit sole and seats
- Finding and repairing leaks in 2 deadlights

- Electricity comes from 570 watts of solar with 3 separate controllers, plus inverter for 120v.
- arch/dinghy davits, with manual winches and outboard swing-arm lift and mount
- Thruster tunnel (bow thruster removed).
- Wiring for wind generator in place
