We are selling our Moody 42 'Sealion', that we have owned for 20 years, to take an opportunity that has come up and more suitable for our needs in the future.
The boat is UK flagged but has been based in France since before Brexit. French customs experts have confirmed it has EU TVA/VAT paid status.
Having been owned by us and based in the UK, pre Brexit, I am advised we could also repatriate 'Sealion' to the UK, as UK VAT paid.
