Wanted Stowe analog wind speed meter

I am in need of an old style (navigator series) Stowe wind speed meter 0-40 knots. The analog clock style not digital. Working or faulty. Stephen

Hi Stephen,

I think I still have one in the garage, but away from home at present. If I remember, I will check when back home on Wednesday. Probably a log and echo sounder to match as well, all working when removed a few years ago.

My apologies - turns out I had remembered the wrong brand - ours were Simrad and I posted an ad on here a while back:

For Sale - Simrad / Robertson Instrument Heads, Echo Sounder, Log & Wind.

I have a set of these which I assume are about the same vintage as Wild Thyme (first launched 1989). They were working when replaced in 2016. I also have the old wind transducer which matches, not in the best condition but it was still working. No transducers for the echo sounder or log. A few...
