As promised some more detail.
Volvo Penta 2020 B complete with gearbox and 120 S Saildrive
Built around 1995, this engine has approx. 2500 hours running time, has been regularly serviced at 100 hr intervals and had an out of boat partial overhaul in 2024. It starts within 1 to 1 ½ seconds and runs extremely well. However, we had a problem with the heat exchanger as a result of corrosion between the exhaust and the fresh water-cooling jacket. This has been repaired using a fine stainless-steel gauze and high temperature resistant JB weld.
We did suffer from an oil leak from the throttle linkage; this is a common issue with these engines, and has now been resolved on this engine.
Aside from the issue with the heat exchanger, the engine has been serviced and recently run for about 20mins without issues. A video of the engine running is available. This engine is due to be removed from Pisces within the next two weeks.

100 Amp Alternator (2024) modified to work with Sterling alternator smart charger and Sterling 90 amp 3 output split charge diode (2024).
Engine Control Panel and loom. The Tachometer was replaced in 2022
Stainless steel exhaust elbow
HMI GRP water lock, may need a small repair on inlet flange
Included with the saildrive:
Ambassador rope cutter
1 x 2 blade prop and 1 x 3 blade prop, both modified to work with rope cutter, cone and bolt
The saildrive gator was replaced in 2024.
