Hi all.
It is with a heavy heart and primarily due to unexpected health complications over the past year we intend to put Alcyon 42 CC up for sale this year.
We are in no rush to sell and will use her this summer but it could go to a new owner for the right price anytime from now on.
We are in the process of creating a proper listing, we are ultimately likely to go via a broker “TBA” but would consider a private sale agreement if it can be kept simple and to our mutual benefit as far as brokerage fees are concerned. ?50/50?
Some early key points.
Asking price is likely to be in the region of €150,000. No VAT no TVA.
EU vat status is paid having previously owned for 10 years by a Frenchman in Menorca with proof of continuity.

There are many recent additions/upgrades.

Just gauging if there is any interest privately before we embarque on a broker relationship, which will tie us to 8-10% fees.
Also of interest our marina Canet en Roussillon has today indicated it would be happy to consider a new owner, subject to status and prior agreement with the Capitainerie, being able to continue with our marina berth.
This is a very well placed marina with good facilities at a super reasonable rate.
Paid by 10 monthly payments of €480.00.
Amazing value in the med 2-3 hours from northern costa brava.
20 mins from Perpignan airport.
Only an hour from Carcassonne, which has year round cheap Ryanair flights.
